Application Process

The following three steps to the application process are followed:

Application Process

Phase 1: Application

If you're interested in a role with us, send your CV with a covering letter to
recruitment@austin-global.co.uk.

Phase 2: Screening

Your CV will be reviewed and screened by one or more members of our team. As well as looking at your suitability in terms of experience, skills and competences, we will also be interested in your personality.

Phase 3: Interviewing

If we want to take the application further, you'll be invited to an interview. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other as part of an open, honest and objective process. The number of interviews you'll need to attend depends on the role. We understand your time is precious so we'll try to complete the process as quickly as possible. Whatever the outcome we're committed to making it a positive experience.
